Palate
Mellow taste, smooth sweet richness, bitter taste, spicy oaky aroma, apple and orange sweetness, youthfulness of the original and sweetness of the grain, caramel, raisins, salt, stone fruits, chocolates, cocoa nibs.
Finish
Faint lingering finish of peat, smoky, sweety, caramel sweetness and oaky aroma lingers, tart and sweet apples, burlap, sprinkle of salt.
