Creamy toffee, butterscotch, caramel, banana, vanilla, with a slight smokiness and hint of peat.
Palate
Dried figs, soft brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, coconut, banana, oak spices, with notes of toffifee, caramel, walnuts, biscuits, cacao nibs, red apples, black pepper, and prominent peat smoke.
Finish
Long, peppery, with lingering peat and smokiness, and returning sweeter notes of banana and toffee.
