Description

Ninkasi Chardonnay Cask is a French Single Malt Whisky, the distillery's core expression and first permanent single malt. Distilled in Charentais copper pot stills near Lyon, France, it is crafted from French Pilsen malted barley. This non-chill filtered whisky is aged for 3 years in a blend of new French oak, ex-Chardonnay, and ex-Viognier wine casks, reflecting Ninkasi's expertise as both a brewer and distiller with a focus on local wine regions. It was launched in 2021 and received a Gold Medal in 2021 at the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
