In 2023, the Ninkasi brewery-distillery, established in 1997 in Lyon, opened a new production facility in Tarare, located in the Rhône region. The facility, set in a UNESCO Global Geopark, is equipped with a pair of traditional Charentais pot stills and two new vacuum Honoré stills.
