Description

Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon is an award-winning bourbon that undergoes a unique double maturation process. It is initially aged for a minimum of one year in new charred American white oak barrels, then finished with sherry-seasoned European or Spanish oak staves. This process, sometimes described as 'Compression Finishing,' aims to infuse additional layers of flavor and complexity. Noble Oak is also known for its mission of reforestation, planting a tree for every bottle sold.
