Nose. Mellow vanilla, toffee and caramel notes with hints of fruitiness, reminiscent of toffee apples, all very typical from American white oak. Palate. Smooth with a creamy texture and a perfect balance of mellow vanilla, light dried fruits, and hints of citrus. Finish. Medium length, delicate but lingering finish, lovely warm mouthfeel.
