Palate
Oloroso on the pallet - almost like a pre-mix cocktail if one existed with sherry, scotch and more scotch.
Finish
Pleasing sweet finish. Not overly thick or cloyingly sweet. Very well matured and rounded bottling - no sharp edges and medium viscosity.
