Nose
Dry grain cereal, like running your fingers through a sack of grains. Plenty of vanilla, and some old oak. A hint of banana peel. Solvent; polished wood, candy floss, pineapple.
Palate
Medium to full mouthfeel with a creamy texture. Cereal sweetness. Werther's Original brown butter candies. Ripe apples and pears. Vanilla and a savoury back note. Chocolate sponge, walnuts. Slight lemon note.
Finish
Long with sweet cereal fading through that banana peel note to apple and vanilla. Medium to long. Solvent continues with hints of coconut, wood spices.
