Nose
Elegant nose of vanilla custard, creamy toffee and honeyed cereals, with apricot and tropical fruit, plus hints of leather and oak. Fresh peaches, soft tangerine, acetone, torched meringue and green apple skins. Distinctive grain spirit note, melding well with bourbon cask maturation. White pepper spice.
Palate
Silky and refined, sweet vanilla and caramel drift with butterscotch, layered with tropical fruits, baked apple and pear. Fizzy apple sweeties, pear drops, vanilla slice pastries, orange peel, and richer bourbon sweetness. Nice and viscous mouthfeel, pleasant creaminess.
Finish
Long and warming, lingers with sweet vanilla, soft oak and gentle spices. Fades to a delicate dryness, leaving toasted almonds, light oak, white chocolate, and a hint of tropical fruitiness. Vanilla, caramel, bourbon biscuits and white chocolate.
