This Murray McDavid Mission Gold release is a 35-year-old Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the North British Distillery, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2024. It was initially matured for 34 years in ex-bourbon hogsheads and then finished for one year in first-fill ex-Islay peated casks, imparting a lingering light smoke. This limited release is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural color.
