Nose
Wonderful and so sweet! Vanilla pods, boiled sweets with burnt brown sugar and spiced oak.
Palate
Thick and creamy... custard over stewed fruit developing to cinnamon and allspice.
Finish
Long with a tantalising spicy style plus flambéed banana and a cereal sweetness.
