Nose
Sweet and syrupy, rich and fruity with hints of flint, lemon, salt, and light wood smoke. Notes of hazelnuts, marzipan, fresh fruits like orange and green apple, pastry cream, vanilla, and a remote hint of peat.
Palate
Medium bodied and tart, with sweet fruity dryness, dried apricots, ginger, sea salt, white pepper, and herbaceous notes. Soft malt with waves of delicate, rich fruit notes on a tide of brine, hints of chocolate, caramel, and salty nuts.
Finish
Tobacco smoke/spice, apple and grape skin, charred oak, pepper, and allspice, with a medium-long, bitter and dry character. Sugary sweet with bitter cocoa and figs, and a sweetened Jamaican coffee and oak effect.
