Nose
Rich with dried fig, orange peel, honey, and a whisper of sea salt. Toasty biscuit, citrus and vanilla with linseed oiled chamois leather and lavender. Dried apple chips, floral herbs and chopped mint, candied orange and a touch of milky coffee.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied with flavors of toasted oak, crème brûlée, ripe apple, and gentle spice. Brown bread crust, richly fruity malt loaf, clove and cinnamon spice with zesty orange, crushed mint and lavender. Chocolates with flakes of sea salt, pound cake topped with demerara sugar and cinnamon.
Finish
Long and warming with notes of clove, cocoa, and coastal smoke. Clove, black pepper and cinnamon spice with brown bread and green apple. Spiced with cinnamon and ginger.
