Lively, vibrant, lightly salty with bacon character, herbal, woody, sage-infused brown butter, with hints of toffee, fragrant smoke, orange, pineapple, and floral notes.
Palate
Initial honey sweetness, pear, melon, tropical fruits, developing into salted caramel and chocolate. Smoothly oily, apple-fruity, drying, chilli-pepper spicy, with notes of apricots, soft toffee, and nutty richness.
Finish
Moderately tannic, lengthy, slightly minty, with lasting notes of mandarine, oak spices, lemons, salt, ginger, and cocoa.
