Description

Bruichladdich Octomore 12.3 is a super heavily peated Islay single malt distilled in 2015 from 100% Concerto barley grown on Church Field at Octomore Farm. Peated to 118.1 ppm and aged for 5 years, it was matured in a combination of first-fill ex-American whiskey casks (75%) and first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks (25%) from Bodega Fernando de Castilla before being bottled in 2021 at cask strength.
