Description

Octomore Edition 13.3 is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2016 at Bruichladdich Distillery from 100% Islay Concerto barley grown at Octomore farm. Peated to 129.3 PPM, it was aged 5 years in first-fill ex-American whiskey casks and second-fill European oak casks before being bottled at cask strength in 2022.

Palate
Soft sweet honey and brown sugar give way to peat smoke, lemon rind, seashells, malty biscuit notes, and coconut.
Finish
Marine character develops as peat smoke increases with honey, lemon, warm sand, marzipan, peach, and stewed pear.
