- Nose
- Peaty with honey, fresh pear, lemon, black licorice, medicinal peat, smoked meat, herbs, ointments, seaweed, black pepper, camphor, turpentine, baking spices, chai tea, ripe peach, golden raisins, and a lactic funk. Rich, woody, sweet oxidised fruit, menthol, iodine, coffee, and earthy peat.
- Palate
- Medium texture and oily. Sweet and rich with honey, crystallized fruit, cereals, cooked carrot, earth, dead leaves, honey-glazed medicinal peat, malt, candied nuts, mushrooms, gritty tannins, alcohol, subtle coffee, tar, and salt.
- Finish
- Medium-long and fairly sweet with honey, mint, basil, lime, lemon, banana, anise, pineapple, spice, black tea, dustier/grassier green tea, dark chocolate, earth, black olives, lactic notes, sweet-glazed meat, charred hot dog, salty orange/apricot conserve, and lingering bitter, peppery spice.
