The Ohtani Whisky The Zodiac Sign Pisces is a single malt Japanese whisky from the Niigata Kameda Distillery. It is the first release in their Zodiac Sign series, distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2025. This expression was aged for over 3 years primarily in first-fill bourbon casks, with accents from Palo Cortado sherry and sherry brandy casks. It is described as having a rich flavor despite being a young malt, with a balance of smokiness and sweetness. The packaging features a unique design representing the Pisces zodiac sign.
