Description

Okinawa Island Blue Subtropical Blend Rice Whisky is a pioneering Japanese rice whisky crafted by Kumesen Shuzo in Okinawa, Japan. It utilizes traditional Awamori production techniques, with rice as its primary ingredient, and is aged in bourbon barrels. This unique process, combined with Okinawa's subtropical climate, results in a whisky that melds the sweetness of rice with rich flavors from oak maturation. It was created as part of Kumesen's challenge to redefine the industry for their 70th anniversary.
