Old Carter Barrel Strength Bourbon Batch 2 is a small-batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a blend of nine barrels of 10 to 12 year old bourbon, with a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. It was bottled at a barrel proof of 106.9 (53.45% ABV) with 1522 bottles produced. This non-chill filtered release offers deep aromas of caramelized oak, vanilla, and baking spice.
