Palate
Balanced blend of sweet corn, toasted oak, and a touch of dried fruit. Spiced melon, orange marmalade, smokey cherry, and a touch of licorice. Sweetness in the form of caramel and vanilla up front, followed by a drying oakiness.
Finish
Smooth and lingering, with a warm, spicy kick. Mixed fruits, buttery oak, walnut, and a sweet smokiness, with a fun mix of olive and dry oak in the long finish. Spicy finish.
