Old Fitzgerald 2018 Bottled in Bond 7 Year Old is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. Distilled in Spring 2018 and bottled in Spring 2025, this 7-year-old expression adheres to the strict regulations of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. It features a wheated mashbill (68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley) and is aged in new charred American oak barrels, then bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). This release is a permanent addition to Heaven Hill's portfolio, offering a more accessible version of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series.
