It is aged in 70-year-old traditional Solera sherry butts, showcasing a unique sherry-making tradition and capturing decades of sherry influence. This limited edition release was bottled at cask strength of 57.6% ABV, is natural color, and non-chill filtered. It was released in late 2024, with only 840 bottles available.

Spent matches with intense fruity notes and sticky syrup, blackberries, blackcurrants, and raisins macerated in sherry and muscovado sugar, old leather and dark oak, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Palate
Layers of treacle, old book pages, sticky dried fruits, full, rich mouthfeel, heavily sherried dark fruits, plenty of aged notes with old leather and oak, woody spices with cinnamon and cloves, dark chocolate bitterness and nuttiness.
Finish
A lasting sweet finish, long, dark, sherried fruits linger with a touch of warming festive spice, mild savoury element, slightly leathery, even a touch of tobacco leaf, slight tannic dryness.
