Nose
Quite tart and sharp yet pleasant. A touch waxy. Salty nip, white bread dough and lemons (juice, pith, rind, pickled). Tart green apples or under ripe kiwi. Hint of dry coconut. Slightest hint of golden toffee.
Palate
Tart, sour fruits burst on the tongue. American IPA (strong hops note) unfurls with a white bread note. Salted toffee and salty sherbet bite. Complex.
Finish
Med-long. Wee touch of model glue/solvent, more lemon rind and juice, salted caramel and refreshing tannins. Builds over time.
