This is an Exceptional Single Cask Release from an undisclosed Orkney distillery, bottled by Distillery Gem. Distilled in June 2008 and bottled in August 2022, this 14-year-old single malt was matured in a Bourbon Hogshead. It is non-chill filtered and colouring free, with only 105 bottles produced from Cask No. 34.
