Nose
Fresh and malty with honey, vanilla, subtle oak, and a touch of spice. Lots of oak, some chocolate notes, slightly fruity with oranges and lime, and quite sweet after a while.
Palate
Light and crisp; flavors of soft malt, biscuit, vanilla, pear drops, with gentle toasted wood and grain character. Gentle, dry and dusty, fruity with a lot of citrus, a whiff of chemical fruit flavors, some nutmeg and clove.
Finish
Mildly sweet, softly woody, with lingering mellowness and a brief spicy note. Warming and largely similar to the palate, with some spices and fruit.
