Paniolo Blended Hawaiian Whisky is a spirit that blends mainland tradition with Hawaiian history, combining Kentucky straight bourbon with Hali'imaile Distilling's Maui Gold Pineapple Distillate. Named after the Mexican vaqueros who became Hawaii's first cowboys, known as Paniolo, this whisky aims to bring together mainland history and island spirit. It is aged for at least 3 years.
