Description

Julian P. "Pappy" Van Winkle Sr. truly was a wise man who kicked off a family of fine bourbon makers with his mantra to make the spirit "at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always a fine bourbon". This 20-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced at the Buffalo Trace Distillery and is renowned for its exceptional age, rarity, and unsurpassed quality. It is aged in new charred American oak barrels and utilizes a wheated mashbill, resulting in a smooth, rich, and complex profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
