The inaugural Parker's Heritage Collection release, an 11-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at cask strength. The bourbon was distilled and barreled in 1996 at the original Heaven Hill distillery before its 1996 fire, with barrels selected by Parker Beam; this bottle is from the 129.6-proof batch.
