Description

The Parker's Heritage Collection 11 Year Old Heavy Char Wheat Whiskey is the 15th edition in this series of rare, limited edition American Whiskeys from Heaven Hill Distillery. This expression features a mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, aged for 11 years in specialty heavy char barrels (Level 5, charred for 90 seconds). A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold is contributed to the ALS Association in honor of the late Heaven Hill Master Distiller Parker Beam.
