Description
We continue our globe-trotting adventure of bottling whiskies from countries, with an Indian single malt whisky produced by John Distilleries! The company was founded back in 1992, who would soon set up a traditional pot-still distillery in Goa with the intention to make single malt whisky. India is, y'know, a little bit warmer than Scotland, and as such, the Angels' Share (the rate of evaporation of whisky from the cask its maturing in) is quite a bit higher. The label of our Paul John shows the Angels getting their fair share - save some for us!
