Description

Penelope Architect is a blend of three straight bourbons, each with a distinct mash bill, carefully finished in French Oak staves. Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the staves were meticulously toasted to specifications, delivering a memorable flavor profile. It is aged for 4 to 5.5 years in new American oak barrels and finished with French oak staves.
