Description

Penelope Bourbon Toasted Series explores new and unique expressions of their signature four-grain straight bourbon whiskey. After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, Penelope Bourbon is finished in a new, freshly toasted barrel. Each batch is a unique blend of three bourbon mash bills with different custom chars and toasts. This particular release is Batch 23-301, aged for five years, and bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV).
