Description

A Canadian whisky produced at the Hiram Walker & Sons distillery in Ontario, known for its use of secondary maturation. This 10-year-old expression is aged in white oak barrels in a non-climate controlled warehouse, exposing it to Canada's severe temperature swings, before being finished in rum barrels. This unique finishing process imparts rich aromas with hints of molasses and brown sugar, adding complexity and depth to the whisky's character.
