Description

The Pike Creek Double-Barrel range has been finished, as the name suggests, in a second maturation vessel - in this case a rum cask, adding extra layers of fruit and vanilla character to this Canadian whisky. It is aged for 10 years in oak casks in a non-climate controlled warehouse, exposing it to Canada's severe temperature swings, which accelerates the whisky's interaction with the wood.
