Description

The Pike Creek Double-Barrel range has been finished, as the name suggests, in a second maturation vessel - in this case a Speyside single malt cask, adding extra layers of character to this Canadian whisky. Aged patiently for 21 years in Canada before being finished in Speyside single malt whisky casks for four to six months, this rare bottling brings together smooth Canadian character and refined Scottish depth. It offers rich, fruity notes combined with warm spice, dry oak, prunes, hints of tobacco and a rich, honeyed butteryness.
