Pinhook Bourbon and Link Restaurant Group unite in new Collaboration Series No. 5, featuring Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski. This special release is a double oaked bourbon, aged for 6 years. It was distilled at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, with a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. The bourbon was aged for 3 years in char #4 new American oak barrels prior to being re-barreled in second char #4 new American oak barrels for an additional 3 years. This limited edition whiskey supports the Link Stryjewski Foundation. Batch: No. 5. Proof: 104. Bottle Year: 2026. Age Statement: Six Years.
