Pinhook Vertical Series: Bourbon War 7 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the fourth annual release in Pinhook's nine-year Vertical Series tracking 1,350 MGP barrels aged from 4 to 12 years. Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana from a mash bill of 75% corn, 20.5% rye, and 4.5% malted barley, and aged and blended at Kentucky Artisan Distillery / Castle & Key rickhouses, it is bottled unfiltered at cask strength of 115 proof (57.5% ABV).
