This Plantation 2007 Barbados Rum is part of the Extreme Series No. 5, distilled at the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados in 2007. It underwent a dual maturation process, spending 12 years in bourbon casks in a tropical climate, followed by 2 years in Ferrand casks in a continental climate, totaling 14 years of aging. Bottled in 2022 at 58% ABV, this limited edition release has an outturn of 2856 bottles and is non-chill filtered.
