Pokeno's Winter Malt, part of the Exploration Series No. 2, is crafted from a unique selection of New Zealand malts including Manuka Smoked Malt, Chocolate Roasted Malt, Toffee Malt, and Laureate Distiller's Malt. It was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 48% ABV.
