Description

The Poli Segretario di Stato is a high-quality Italian single malt whisky, distilled by Poli Distillerie, a family business founded in 1898 in Schiavon, Veneto. It was created to celebrate a historic event in 2013: the appointment of a citizen of Schiavon as Secretary of State of the Holy See. This pleasantly peated whisky is aged for 5 years in oak barrels and finished for about one year in Amarone casks. It is a limited-release small batch expression, presented in an elegant wooden box.
