Nose
Sweet peat, with lactic notes, vanilla, honey, and a dash of salt. Hints of cured white fish, herbs, green fruits, and bonfire smoke are present, alongside maritime and ocean influences. Some detect oranges, apple cider, brown sugar, lemon candy, rope, and metal.
Palate
A powerful sweet peat experience, followed by lactic vanilla, salted dried fish, and oak spices. Notes of green melon, papaya, and a dry character emerge. Honey, ash, spice, lemon, and vanilla are also found, with some describing it as hot, nutty, sugary, and metallic.
Finish
Medium to long, with lingering sweet peat, bonfire smoke, and salt. White pepper, ginger, and a dry, ashy quality are noted, along with a residual sweetness. Some find it metallic, with hints of sweet oranges and beachy smoke.
