Nose
Rich, earthy, and powerful with bonfire smoke, dry grass, and hints of charcuterie. Buttery, with autumn fruits, salted peat, and evolving blackberry tones. Sea spray, liquorice, fennel, and BBQ sauce.
Palate
Drying with briny salt, sweet cinnamon, and habanero pepper spices. Velvety, with BBQ embers, dark liquorice, bitter char, and charred oak. Thick, sugary, treacle, and tarry, with spiced chilli and meaty notes.
Finish
Long, exquisite, and peppery with lingering spice. Numbing menthol, burning leaves, smoky, creamy, with cinder toffee, chocolate, and liquorice.
