Description

A former distilling giant located within the city of Glasgow and at one point the largest distillery in Scotland. Built in 1811, it was one of the grain distilleries that founded the Distillers Company and over the years was a key component in blends such as White Horse and Johnnie Walker. The distillery closed in 2009, making releases like this 1996 vintage from Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection increasingly rare.
