Nose
buttered popcorn, vanilla pods, rum & raisin ice cream and a lovely hint of caramel. There's some white chocolate, hazelnuts and a lovely lemon zest hint.
Palate
thick sweet arrival - everything the nose promises is delivered with a mouth coating chewiness and perfectly drinkable ABV. The ice cream and white chocolate come to the fore now, the popcorn and citrus taking a back seat. Hints of orchard fruit and nutmeg spice come though after a little time and air!
Finish
lingering ice cream, white chocolate and a little dry spice.
