This is a 1980 vintage Port Ellen Islay single malt Scotch whisky, bottled in 1997 by Gordon & MacPhail as part of their Connoisseurs Choice series. It is a rare bottling from the now-reopened distillery, distilled just a few years before its closure in 1983.
