Nose
Fresh and coastal with sweet citrus, toffee, and hints of tar. Notes of brine, seaweed, crushed spices, and iodine, with underlying lemon, orange, pineapple, and marzipan.
Palate
Sweet and oily mouthfeel with almond, walnut, coffee, and lime, evolving into leather and smoke. Smoky arrival like an extinguished bonfire, with burnt oranges, bitter grapefruit, tinned pineapple, caramelised pears, dried apricots, black pepper, and a medicinal note.
Finish
Long and spicy with smoke, pepper, wood, and aniseed. A lingering balance of peat, brine, oak sweetness, and mineral sharpness.
