Nose
Fresh and sweet with notes of peach, apricot, pineapple, green apple, honey, and citrus zest (orange/lemon). Underlying elements of light smoke, salt, creosote, shellfish, olive oil, green vegetable, heather, cut grass, and wet oilskins. It is complex and evolving.
Palate
Mildly smoky and peated, with salty malt notes. Oily and spicy, with a slight sweetness of licorice. Also features sweet lemon, medicinal, ashy, and a strong marmalade character with tart orange peel citrus.
Finish
Long, warm, smoky, and salty, with a pleasant bitterness. Peat smoke is more apparent, leaving a tart, smokey, and oily sensation with a coastal bonfire character.
