Description

Signatory was founded by Andrew Symington in 1999 and is one of the largest independent bottlers in Scotland. As of 2002, Signatory Vintage Whisky company also owns the Edradour distillery. This Port Ellen was distilled in 1974 and bottled as a 30 Year Old in 2005 from Cask Number 6757. Port Ellen is an Islay distillery that developed a cult status following its closure in 1983 and was re-opened in 2024.
