Description

This 15-year-old Canadian Whisky from Potter Distilling Company was independently bottled by Cadenhead's as part of their Authentic Collection World Whiskies series. Distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2000, it was matured in a Bourbon Barrel and released at a cask strength of 54.9% ABV with an outturn of 360 bottles. Potter's Distillers, founded in 1958 in Langley, B.C., later moved production to Kelowna, B.C., and used Indian Corn for this whisky.
